How many tubes are in this box?
The box contains 50 LED tubes T8 of 150 cm, all neutral white 5000K.
How much light does one tube give?
One tube gives 4250 lumens at 25 watts, an efficiency of 170 lm/W. Together the 50 tubes deliver 212.500 lumens at 1.250 watts.
Does this tube fit my existing fluorescent fixture?
The tube is 1500 mm long with a G13 connection, the same size as a classic 58 watt T8 fluorescent tube. Power is supplied from one end. With a conventional ballast you replace the starter with an LED starter; an electronic ballast you remove. If in doubt, have an electrician do this.
Does the light flicker?
No, the tube has a flicker-free driver. That is pleasant for screen work and on camera.
What is neutral white 5000K suitable for?
5000K is close to daylight and suitable for shops, showrooms, warehouses and workshops.
Can I use this tube in a damp room?
No, the tube is IP20 and intended for dry indoor spaces. For damp rooms, use it in a waterproof fixture.

Description

A complete box of 50 LED tubes T8 of 150 cm with a high efficiency of 170 lm/Wⓘ. Each tube gets 4250 lumens out of just 25 watts, so more light for the same consumption. Handy if you want brighter lighting in warehouses, halls, production areas and car parks without a higher energy bill. Together the 50 tubes give 212,500 lumens at 1,250 watts.

Neutral white light of 5000K

With 5000K neutral white you are close to daylight: fresh and bright without feeling cold. A good choice for shops, showrooms, warehouses and workshops where colours and details must be clearly visible. The colour rendering is CRIⓘ >80 and the driver is flicker-free.

Fits the standard T8 fitting

The tube is 1500 mm long (1514 mm including pins) and has a G13ⓘ connection, the same size as the classic 58 watt fluorescent tube. Power enters at one end (single-ended connection). If your fixture has a conventional ballast, replace the starter with an LED starter. If your fixture has an electronic ballast, remove it and connect the tube directly to 230V~. If in doubt, have the conversion done by an electrician. The tube works with a PFⓘ ≥0.9.

Sturdy: aluminium with a polycarbonate cover

The housing is made of aluminium, which dissipates the heat of the LEDs well, with a cover made of PCⓘ instead of glass. Nothing can shatter during installation or transport. Each tube contains 216 LEDs of the SMD2835ⓘ type, spread over the full length for an even line of light. The tubes are IP20ⓘ, intended for dry indoor spaces, and last around 50,000 burning hours. They work at temperatures from -20 to +50 °C, so also in a cold garage or shed.

Why a box of 50?

With 50 tubes you can fit, for example, 25 double or 50 single fixtures with new light, in one order and with one light colour. You also have spares right away. You get a 5 year warranty.
