European design and mechanical production
Accurate mounting of LEDs, using modern SMT machines, directly on a copper heat conductor and correct positioning of other components, significantly increases the durability of the product. SMT machines are characterized by the fastest production of LEDs, which is an important factor in mass production, but the most important feature is a reliable self-control system of macro cameras and X-rays.

Thermal conductivity
The heat transfer based on the Heat Pipe technology in combination with the LEDs placed directly on the tub ensure the best possible heat dissipation. The heat transfer starts directly on the LED, via the aluminum core to the radiators in the form of strips. All this is designed to dissipate the accumulated heat in the most efficient way.

Microprocessor
Our product is equipped with an advanced microprocessor with appropriate protection, which controls the electronics of the LED set. Suitable filters, stabilizers, overvoltage and interference suppression protectors and a starting voltage control system guarantee safety and trouble-free operation.

H1 LED SET designed to convert the headlight color from original yellow to crystal clear daylight. The LSO kit provides 200% more light compared to a traditional halogen installation. The SMD LEDs used are based on high bandwidth multi-chips, which affects two important aspects of performance:
