How we process your data
Webshop software
Our webshop runs on Shopify , and we also use their hosting services. Personal data that you provide to us is stored by Shopify. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. Shopify never uses your data for other purposes.
Shopify is contractually obligated to take appropriate security measures. These measures include SSL encryption and a strong password policy. In addition, Shopify makes regular backups to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
Our web hosting is also provided by Shopify . Shopify processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, Shopify can collect anonymous data about the use of the services. Shopify has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of personal data.
Payments
We use Shopify Payments and Mollie to process payments. These payment providers process your data, such as name, address and payment information, and have taken appropriate security measures. They only use your data to process payments and do not share it with third parties, unless this is necessary for their services.
Logistics
For shipments we work together with PostNL . It is necessary that we share your address details with PostNL to make delivery possible. PostNL uses this data exclusively for logistical purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to gain insight into your data, have it corrected, deleted or transferred. Contact us if you want to exercise these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
