Our products are of the highest quality and are built to last.
We guarantee the warranty and conformity as the law offers. In addition, a 2-year factory warranty applies in any case, but this does not limit the legal warranty. Within these 2 years, you are in any case covered for manufacturing defects. So if you have a product that has become defective within the 2-year warranty period through no fault of your own, we will replace it for you free of charge.
For warranty you can return the items. After we have received the goods, we will assess them. You are entitled to replacement, as well as the costs for returning if the product has become defective through no fault of your own. If the returned product is found to be defective by LEDPLANET.NL and falls under warranty, we will deliver you, if still available, the same product or an equivalent new product. If after replacement the product still does not meet the requirements, you can cancel the agreement.
Right of withdrawal / statutory cooling-off period at LEDPLANET.NL
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the items are at your expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to LEDPLANET.NL with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you must contact us via info@ledplanet.nl.
