The only difference is the color temperature. This 4000K model provides cool white, neutral light that promotes concentration and productivity. The 3000K model provides warm white light with an atmospheric, welcoming ambiance. The light output of 4300 lumens is slightly higher than the 3900 lumens of the 3000K model.
