Why does the 4000K version have more lumens than the 3000K version at the same wattage?
The 4000K LEDs have a higher luminous efficacy: 150 lm/W versus 140 lm/W for 3000K. At 150W, this results in 22,500 and 21,000 lumens, respectively. The higher efficiency makes the 4000K model the most efficient choice in the 150W series.
What mounting height is the 150W 4000K high-bay suitable for?
The recommended mounting height is 6 to 14 meters. At 8–10 meters, 22,500 lumens and a 120° beam angle provide an illuminance of 300–400 lux at floor level—more than sufficient for logistics and production work.
Can I combine the 150W 4000K with 100W fixtures in the same space?
Technically, this is possible. Keep in mind that the light output differs between fixtures, which may be noticeable if the fixtures are mounted next to each other. For a uniform lighting environment, we recommend using one type per zone.
How long does it take for the investment to pay for itself?
When replacing 2250W of traditional lighting with 150W, used 4 hours per day at €0.30/kWh, you save approximately €295 per year per fixture. The investment therefore pays for itself in less than 4 months.
Is the sensor also suitable for spaces with forklifts or other vehicles?
Yes, the microwave sensor also responds to slowly moving vehicles. The detection sensitivity can be adjusted via the HD03R remote, allowing you to minimize unwanted activation by vehicles outside the work zone.
Can I dim the lamp to 0% for complete switch-off via the sensor?
No, the minimum standby dimming level is 10%. For complete switch-off, the lamp must be turned off via the switch or distribution board. The standby level can be adjusted to 10%, 20%, 30%, or 50%.
What is the weight of the fixture, and how do I install it?
The fixture weighs 2.3 kg net and is supplied with a suspension bracket for mounting on a hook or steel cable. The bracket is adjustable for a straight or slightly tilted installation.
Is a version without a sensor available for fixed installations?
This series is equipped as standard with a built-in microwave sensor. The sensor can be switched off via the HD03R remote control for use as fixed lighting without an automatic dimming function.

For logistics halls, distribution centers, and production facilities with ceilings of 8 meters and higher: the UFO LED Highbay 150W in neutral cool white 4000K. With 22,500 lumens and a built-in microwave motion sensor with an 0-10V driverⓘ, it provides professional lighting that automatically adjusts to operational activity. Replaces traditional lighting of 2250W.

150 lm/W: maximum efficiency at 4000K

The 4000K version achieves the highest light output per watt in the entire 150W series, at 150 lm/W. That means 22,500 lumens from 150W — more light, less heat, and less load on the driver. The neutral cool-white light is bright and crisp without the bluish-white tint of daylight white, and remains comfortable during prolonged use.

Smart sensor control via remote control

The integrated microwave motion sensor detects presence and switches the lamp to 100%. After the set hold time, the 0-10V driver automatically switches back to the preset standby dimming level. Using the optional HD03R remote control (sold separately), you can configure all parameters after installation — remotely, without any additional climbing.
