What is the difference between a COB LED strip and a regular LED strip?
A COB strip has hundreds of small chips directly on the strip, creating a uniform light line without individual light dots. This results in a much sleeker and more professional appearance.
How many lumens does this COB LED strip produce per meter?
This strip produces 960 lumens per meter. For 5 meters, you will have a total of 4,800 lumens, providing bright and evenly distributed warm white lighting.
What does CRI >90 mean?
CRI stands for Color Rendering Index and indicates how accurately colors are rendered. A CRI of over 90 is excellent and ensures that colors appear almost identical to how they look in daylight.
Is this COB LED strip dimmable?
Yes, the strip is dimmable. You will need a suitable 24V LED dimmer that is compatible with COB strips. The dimmer is not included.
How do I connect this strip?
The strip comes with loose connection wires (red/black). You will need a suitable 24V power supply (LED driver) to connect the strip. This is not included.
At what distance can I cut this strip?
The strip can be cut every 5 cm along the indicated cut lines. Always cut on a cut line to avoid damaging the strip.
How do I mount the strip?
The back is equipped with 3M self-adhesive tape, allowing you to easily and securely attach the strip to almost any clean and smooth surface.
Can I use this COB LED strip in the bathroom?
No, this strip has an IP20 rating and is only suitable for dry indoor areas. For the bathroom, you need at least an IP44 strip.

Description

The green COB LED strip delivers an even, continuous green light thanks to COBⓘ technology with 320 LEDs per metre. With 800 lm/m at 8W/m and a CRIⓘ above 90, colours appear especially intense and saturated. Dimmable with a suitable 24V LED dimmer. Runs on 24V DC — power supply not included. IP20ⓘ for dry indoor spaces. Supplied as a 5 metre roll with 3M self-adhesive tape on the back.

Intense, even green light without hotspots

Where ordinary LED strips show separate light points, COB technology creates a fully continuous, smooth line of light. Ideal for mood and accent lighting, plant lighting, gaming setups, theatre decorations, hospitality and decorative applications where a strong, even green light is wanted. The strip is only 8mm wide and 2.3mm thick — it fits narrow aluminium profiles and is barely visible once installed.

Dimmable and versatile

The strip can be dimmed with a suitable 24V COB LED dimmer (not included), so you can match the light intensity to the atmosphere you want. The maximum continuous run is 5 metres — for longer runs, connect in parallel to the power supply. Always use a power supply at no more than 80% load: at 8W/m × 5m = 40W, choose at least a 24V/50W driver.

Installation

  • Connection via 15cm lead wires (red/black, 20AWG) to a 24V power supply (not included)
  • Cuttable every 50mm at the marked cut lines
  • Back fitted with 3M self-adhesive tape for mounting on any smooth surface
  • Minimum bending diameter: 1cm — do not kink or fold
  • Do not bend at the cut points — this permanently damages the strip
