Using DIP switches 1 and 2: both ON = 100%, only switch 2 ON = 75%, only switch 1 ON = 50%, both OFF = 25%.

Yes, using DIP switches 3, 4, and 5: adjustable from 5 seconds to 30 minutes in six steps.
Can the sensor be used without a light threshold?
Yes, by setting DIP switches 6, 7, and 8 all to OFF, the daylight sensor is disabled and the sensor will always activate when motion is detected.
