An E27 lamp base is the well-known large screw fitting.

A threaded fitting of approximately 27mm in diameter is turned clockwise into the lamp holder.
E27 LED lamps are used in many lamps and fixtures both indoors and outdoors

This LED lamp is made for indoor use, IP20. If the fixture in which this incandescent lamp replacement is placed is waterproof, this LED lamp can also be placed outside.
