Can I use this strip light outdoors?
The strip light itself has IP65 protection and is resistant to water jets, but the plug and end cap are not waterproof. For permanent outdoor installation, have the connection points professionally sealed with a waterproof junction box or silicone.
Do I need a separate power supply (driver)?
No, the strip light operates directly on 230V AC and comes with a power cable and plug. No additional transformer or driver is required.
What is the difference between 4000K cool white and 3000K warm white?
4000K cool white produces a bright, neutral white light—ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and workspaces where you want to work with focus and productivity. 3000K is warmer and creates a more atmospheric effect.
Is the strip light dimmable?
No, the strip light is not dimmable. It operates at full capacity as soon as it is connected to 230V.
To what length can I cut the strip light?
The strip light can be cut every 500mm. Only cut at the indicated cutting points, and always seal the cut end with water-resistant insulation or end seals.
What is the difference between a COB strip light and a regular LED strip?
COB (Chip-on-Board) technology places hundreds of small chips directly next to one another, creating a completely continuous line of light without visible light points or shadows. Ideal for cove and trim lighting.
What is the minimum bending radius of the strip light?
The minimum bending radius is 2cm. Do not kink or fold it at the solder joints—this will permanently damage the strip light.
How many watts does a full 50-meter roll consume?
A 50-meter roll consumes 10W/m × 50m = 500W in total. Make sure the circuit can handle this load and use a suitable fuse or residual-current device.

The COB LED strip light 230V in cool white 4000K provides even, spot-free illumination thanks to COBⓘ technology. With 1000 lm/m at just 10W/m and IP65ⓘ protection, it is suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor applications. Connects directly to 230V — no separate power supply required. Supplied as a 50-metre roll, including a power cable and mounting clips.
