Kan ik deze lichtslang buiten gebruiken?
De lichtslang zelf heeft IP65 bescherming en is bestand tegen waterstralen, maar de stekker en einddop zijn niet waterdicht. Bij vaste buitenmontage moet je de aansluitpunten professioneel afdichten met een waterdichte verbindingsdoos of silicone.
Heb ik een aparte voeding (driver) nodig?
Nee, de lichtslang werkt direct op 230V wisselstroom en wordt geleverd met een voedingskabel met stekker. Geen extra transformator of driver nodig.
Wat is het verschil tussen 4000K koelwit en 3000K warmwit?
4000K koelwit geeft een helder, neutraal wit licht — ideaal voor keukens, badkamers, kantoren en werkruimtes waar je scherp en productief wilt werken. 3000K is warmer en sfeervoller.
Is de lichtslang dimbaar?
Nee, de lichtslang is niet dimbaar. Hij werkt op volle capaciteit zodra hij is aangesloten op 230V.
Op welke lengte kan ik de lichtslang inkorten?
De lichtslang is snijbaar per 500mm. Snij alleen op de aangegeven snijpunten en dicht de snijkant altijd af met waterbestendige isolatie of eindafdichtingen.
Wat is het verschil tussen een COB lichtslang en een gewone LED strip?
COB (Chip-on-Board) plaatst honderden kleine chips direct naast elkaar, waardoor je een volledig doorlopende lichtlijn krijgt zonder zichtbare lichtpunten of schaduwen. Ideaal voor koof- en lijstverlichting.
Wat is de minimale buigradius van de lichtslang?
De minimale buigradius is 2cm. Niet knikken of vouwen op de soldeerverbindingen — dit beschadigt de lichtslang permanent.
Hoeveel watt verbruikt een volledige rol van 50 meter?
Een rol van 50 meter verbruikt 10W/m × 50m = 500W totaal. Zorg voor een stroomgroep die dit aankan en gebruik een geschikte zekering of aardlekschakelaar.

Description

The COB LED strip light 230V in cool white 4000K provides even, spot-free illumination thanks to COBⓘ technology. With 1000 lm/m at just 10W/m and IP65ⓘ protection, it is suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor applications. Connects directly to 230V — no separate power supply required. Supplied as a 50-metre roll, including a power cable and mounting clips.

Important for outdoor installation

The strip light itself has IP65 protection, but the plug and end cap are not waterproof. For permanent outdoor installation, professionally seal the connection points with a waterproof junction box or silicone.

Even light without visible light points

COB technology provides a continuous 180° light line without hotspots or shadows. Ideal for workspaces, kitchens, offices and retail environments where bright cool white light is desired. Only 9.2mm wide — fits in narrow aluminium profiles.
