A GU10 lamp base is also called a bayonet fitting.Two pins, which are clamped into the lamp base holder, 10mm apart.
GU10 LED spots like these are often used in ceiling lighting, recessed spotlights and standing (floor) lamps.

This LED lamp with GU10 fitting has an electrical power of 3 Watt with a light output of approximately 270 Lumen. With this lamp it is possible to replace a normal incandescent/halogen lamp of approximately 30 Watt.
