With this complete COB LED strip set extra warm white 2200K you get everything in one box to create a smooth line of light that you dim yourself: a 5 metre COB LED strip, a matching 24V plug-in power supply of 48W, a dimmer with rotary knob and a connector. Everything clicks together with standard DC plugs, so you need no electrician and no soldering iron. Unpack, connect and enjoy.

What is in the box?

You receive 1 roll of COB LED strip extra warm white 2200K of 5 metres (24V, 8W per metre) with connection wires and 3M tape on the back, 1 LED power supply 24V 48W with EU plug, 1 LED dimmer with rotary knob for 12-24V and 1 female DC connector with screw terminals. That makes the set complete for one roll of strip.

Even light without dots

The strip uses COB^ⓘ technology with 320 LEDs per metre. As a result you see no separate dots like on a regular LED strip, but one clean, continuous line of light, even when the light falls directly on a glossy surface. The strip gives 800 lumens per metre at 8W per metre, 4,000 lumens at 40W in total. It is only 8 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick, so it also fits narrow aluminium profiles.

Extra warm white 2200K is even warmer than the light of an incandescent bulb and comes close to the golden light of a candle or an open fire. It is the most atmospheric white there is: ideal for the living room, bedroom, reading corner, wellness and hospitality, and beautiful with wood, brick and warm colours. With a CRI above 90 colours look natural, and dimmed with the rotary knob you get a deep, candle-like light.

How to connect it

Screw the red wire of the strip into the plus terminal and the black wire into the minus terminal of the female connector. Click the connector onto the output of the dimmer, plug the power supply into the input of the dimmer and put the plug in the socket. Then use the rotary knob to adjust the brightness smoothly. Done in a few minutes.

Power supply and dimmer match exactly

A full 5 metre roll uses 40W. A power supply should always have at least 20% more power than the strip, so it does not run at its maximum and lasts a long time. That is why the set includes a 48W power supply: exactly right for one roll. The dimmer handles up to 6A (144W at 24V), so it has plenty of capacity. If you cut the strip shorter, everything still works.

Cutting, mounting and where to use it

You can cut the strip to size every 50 mm on the marked cut lines. The back has strong 3M tape: make the surface clean, dry and grease-free and press the strip on firmly. Do not bend the strip at the cut lines and do not kink it. Strip, dimmer and connector are IP20 and the power supply is IP41, so the set is only suitable for dry indoor spaces, not for the bathroom or outdoors.

Please note: not included

An aluminium profile, extension cable or extra roll of strip is not included in the set. The power supply is designed for one 5 metre roll; to connect two rolls you need a second set or a more powerful power supply. Never loop rolls one after the other, always connect each one separately.
