The high reproducibility of the produced diodes, the right production standards and strict quality control have a great influence on the final quality, not only of the diodes themselves, but also of the entire products.

Accurate installation of diodes using modern SMT machines directly on the copper heat conductor and their correct location relative to other elements directly affects the durability of the product. SMT machines are characterized by the speed of applying diodes, which is an important element in mass production, but the main feature is, above all, reliability and self-control by means of macro cameras and X-rays.

The heat transfer technology developed on the basis of Heat Pipe technology and the mounting of the diode directly on the copper without a printed circuit board ensures the most efficient heat distribution.
