What is the difference between the motion sensor and the daylight sensor?
The motion sensor detects movement up to 8-10 meters away and automatically switches on the lamp when someone walks past. The daylight sensor measures the ambient light and ensures that the lamp only switches on in low light conditions (adjustable between 3-1000 lux). Together, they ensure that the lamp only lights up when there is movement and when it is dark enough.
How do I set the run-on time?
You can set the follow-up time between 5 seconds and 10 minutes using a rotary knob on the spotlight. For walkways such as a path, choose a short follow-up time of 5-30 seconds. For workspaces or terraces, choose a longer follow-up time of 5-10 minutes for greater comfort.
Is this spotlight suitable for direct rain?
The floodlight has IP44 protection, which means it is resistant to splashing water and light rain. For optimal lifespan, we recommend placement under a canopy or roof, but the lamp can also withstand limited rain without problems.
How much energy do I save with this LED floodlight?
