Is the sensor waterproof?
No, the sensor has no IP protection rating. The fixture is IP66. Always install it in a sheltered location.

Microwave also detects at temperatures close to body temperature and works through thin obstacles — more reliably on large industrial sites.

The microwave sensor detects movement up to 8 meters away within a 120° angle. Adjustable via SENS, TIME, and LUX. Please note: the sensor is not waterproof — install it in a sheltered location.
